Holding the full BOHS technical qualification suite (P401, P402, P403, P404, and P405) alongside integrated NEBOSH safety frameworks, Matthew specialises in turning complex site risks into clear, manageable corporate safety policies.
His background spans some of the most strictly regulated sectors in the industry. He was deployed as the technical specialist to Cyprus to oversee asbestos compliance and abatement projects across multiple Royal Air Force (RAF) bases, and has managed sensitive asset contracts for the Ministry of Defence (MoD) and Rolls-Royce.
In the commercial sector, Matthew acts as a trusted advisor to major institutional property management firms. He has authored technical remedial scopes and managed asset-wide statutory compliance tracking for high-profile portfolios, including landmark UK assets like the Royal Liver Building.
